BioI'm a stage actor, first and foremost. I'm also a screenwriter, first and foremost. I can't decide which I like better. I like each equally.
There'll never be a substitute for live theater. It's impossible to describe, and I'm sure you've heard hundreds of inane idiots try to. It's incredibly fun, but also seems worthwhile in the end. Very fulfilling.
And then, there's the written word. If anyone wants to know about Licorice Pizza, my screenplay that I'm so proud of I'm producing the damn thing mysef, please send me an e-mail at licoricepizzamovie@yahoo.com. Donations accepted. And/or forcibly taken. Your choice. And/or.
I'm also a dedicated movie fan. That's the one crutch I have in the world; my ability to enjoy damn well any movie I get my hands on. My four favorite movies are: The Silence of the Lambs, Lost in Translation, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and The Incredibles (in no particular order). I have the pleasure of never having seen a movie I thought was awful. If any of you have, please tell me the title and I'll be sure to watch it. Just for you.
I've also gotten more and more in to musicals as I've progressed. Little Shop of Horrors is the greatest musical ever, ever, ever. Ever. Ever, ever, ever. LSoH is followed closely by A Chorus Line, RENT and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
I'm also a terrible biographer. And/or (are we going to go there again? yes, we are. fuck capitalization.) autobiographer. The end.
